Introduction

The GTY220 Bulldozer is equipped with advanced technology to enhance its performance, emissions, and overall reliability. The final drive employs a triangle spline, tip relief, and crowned gear drive configuration, resulting in better balance, stability, reduced noise, and increased transmission longevity.

Engine Power:

At the heart of the GTY220 Bulldozer is the robust Cummins NT855-C280S10 engine. This six-cylinder, four-stroke engine delivers a rated power of 175 kW at 1800 rpm, ensuring ample power for heavy-duty tasks.

The engine's construction features a bore of 139.7mm and a stroke of 152.4mm, enhancing its torque output and overall performance. The engine is started using a 24V, 11kW starting motor and is supported by a 24V (12V x 2) - 195Ah battery.

Operating Weight

With an operating weight of 23,500 kg, the GTY220 is designed for robustness and stability. This weight ensures optimal soil and material compaction, making your construction work more durable and long-lasting.

Hydraulic System:

The bulldozer's hydraulic system operates at a working pressure of 14 MPa and offers a rated flow of 262 L/min. The control valve is designed for precise operation, utilizing hand-operated plunger servo controlling.

The GTY220 features a hydraulic torque converter with three elements, a single-stage design, and single-phase operation. This design provides stepless speed regulation, ensuring optimal traction, stability, and transmission efficiency.

Blade Type

The GTY220 offers various blade options, including Straight-tilt, Angle, and Semi-U blades, to suit different operational needs. These blades are designed for maximum efficiency, allowing for a blade capacity ranging from 4.7m³ to 7.5m³, depending on the blade type.

Undercarriage and Transmission:

The undercarriage of the GTY220 and GTY 220S includes sealed, single grouser tracks with a pitch of 216mm. The track width varies between 560mm (GTY220) and 910mm (GTY220S), while the number of track shoes is 38 for GTY220 and 45 for GTY220S. The length of the track on the ground is 2730mm for GTY220 and 3480mm for GTY220S, offering excellent stability on varying terrains.

The bulldozer's transmission system utilizes a planetary gear design with multiple-disc clutches that are hydraulically actuated. This system enables three forward speeds (3.6 km/h, 6.5 km/h, and 11.2 km/h) and three reverse speeds (4.3 km/h, 7.7 km/h, and 13.2 km/h).

The hexahedral cabin design ensures excellent visibility, powerful ventilation, and minimized dust presence.
