1.Introduction:

2.Characteristics:
(1)Cummins new generation high-power engine with strong power, low fuel consumption and high reliability.
(2)New hydraulic system, large displacement main pump, large flow main valve, large flow area, small pressure loss, more reasonable flow distribution, better coordination and easier operation.
(3)Equipped with a large-bore oil cylinder, optimizing the arrangement of key hinge points, improving the digging force of the whole machine, setting an automatic supercharging function, and automatically increasing the digging force as the load increases; large displacement slewing motor and slewing gear design with large speed ratio Higher starting torque, better slewing braking effect.
(4)Aiming at the extremely harsh mining operation conditions, the heavy-duty reinforced boom, the mine-specific short stick and the large-capacity rock bucket are standard, and the extended and widened heavy-duty chassis is standard.
(5)Equipped with high-resolution, high-brightness 8-inch color anti-glare monitoring instrument, intelligent electronic monitoring system, with vehicle maintenance information prompts, fault self-diagnosis and alarm and other functions;
The engine used in the crawler excavator is a new generation of high-power EFI engines from Cummins, featuring strong power, low fuel consumption and high reliability.
The newly developed hydraulic system coupled with large displacement pump and high flow valve ensures large flow area, minimized pressure loss, reasonable flow distribution, better movement coordination and easy operation.
The hydraulic cylinders are of large diameter and all the key hinge points are optimally arranged to enhance the digging force of the crawler excavator. The automatic supercharging function is available to enable the digging force to be automatically increased as the load increases. The design of large displacement slewing drive and high gear ratio results in a higher starting torque and slewing braking operation.
The crawler excavator is configured with heavy-duty reinforced boom, short stick, large-capacity bucket, widened heavy-duty chassis and optimized box-shaped structure, to adapt to various working environments even in extremely harsh working conditions.
A 5.7-inch glare-free color monitor features high-resolution and high-brightness. The intelligent electronic monitoring system is has functions of maintenance reminding, automatic fault diagnosis and alerting.

The LC80-9A is equipped with a robust Kubota V3307T engine, featuring a water-cooled, four-cylinder, turbocharged design. This 3.3L displacement engine delivers a rated power output of 48.9kW at 2000rpm.
The LC60-9A has ample refilling capacities, including a 105-liter fuel tank, a 10.4-liter cooling system, a 10-liter engine oil capacity, and a hydraulic oil tank/system capacity of 74/110 liters.
