1.Introduction:
Cummins EFI engine (conforming to Ⅲ-stage emission regulations), powerful, energy efficient, reliable and durable; advanced negative flow hydraulic system, comfortable operation, high operating efficiency, excellent cost performance; full power control, four power modes to adapt to different work; reliable and accurate fuel injection system, real-time control of fuel injection, making combustion more complete, fuel efficiency; full 3D modeling and finite element analysis technology to ensure the reliability and stability of structural parts.
2.Characteristics:
(1)UK Cummins' new generation of high-power EFI engines with strong power, low fuel consumption and high reliability;
(2)New type hydraulic system, large displacement main pump, large flow main valve, large flow area, small pressure loss, more reasonable flow distribution, better coordination and easier operation;
(3)Equipped with large-caliber cylinders, optimizing the arrangement of each key hinge point, improving the digging force of the whole machine, setting the automatic supercharging function, and automatically increasing the digging force as the load increases;
(4)New generation control system intelligently adjusts the hydraulic absorption power according to the working conditions, and optimizes the system matching to ensure the full performance of the whole machine;
(5)Equipped with high-resolution, high-brightness 8-inch color anti-glare monitoring instrument, intelligent electronic monitoring system, with vehicle maintenance information prompts, fault self-diagnosis and alarm and other functions;
(6)Safe and reliable new cab with automatic air conditioning.
The crawler excavator is equipped with original Cummins engine, featuring high power, low fuel consumption and better reliability.
The newly developed hydraulic system coupled with large displacement pump and high flow valve ensures large flow area, minimized pressure loss, reasonable flow distribution, better movement coordination and easy operation.
The control system is newly developed to assure the full functionality of the entire excavator. It can intelligently adjust the hydraulic absorption power to accommodate the working conditions, and enable an optimized system matching.
The crawler excavator is configured with heavy-duty reinforced boom, short stick, bucket, widened heavy-duty chassis and optimized box-shaped structure, to adapt to various working environments even in extremely harsh working conditions.
The excavation operations will be accurately assessed and the hydraulic pressures associated with the boom and stick will be automatically reached, thereby providing the adequate digging force to deal with heavy loads while improving the work efficiency and ensuring the high reliability of the hydraulic system.
The crawler excavator is equipped with a high-resolution glare-free color monitor, and an intelligent electronic monitoring system with functions of maintenance reminding, automatic fault diagnosis and alerting.
