1. Introduction

When the rising button is activated, the hydraulic pumpself-propelled starts to work and transports the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder through the oil pipe. The hydraulic oil pushes the piston upward, and the piston drives the connecting rod of the scissor structure, so that the scissor structure gradually unfolds, thereby raising the working platform. When descending, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder is returned to the oil tank by controlling the hydraulic valve. Under the platform's own gravity and load, the scissor structure shrinks and the platform descends.

2. Application

Industrial field: In factories, it is often used for equipment installation, maintenance and high-altitude handling of goods. For example, in automobile manufacturing factories, workers can use scissor lifts to debug and maintain equipment at high places on automobile production lines.

Construction: On construction sites, it can be used for exterior wall decoration, window installation, ceiling construction and other operations. Standing on the platform, workers can easily carry out high-altitude walling, painting, installation of lamps and lanterns, etc., to improve construction efficiency and safety.

Warehousing and logistics: In warehouses, it is used for the operation of putting goods on and off shelves. Compared with traditional forklifts and other equipment, scissor lifts can more accurately place goods on higher shelves and make full use of the vertical space of the warehouse.

Commercial places: Shopping malls, supermarkets, etc. use scissor lifts when replacing lamps, installing signs or cleaning ceilings. They are relatively easy to operate and can be flexibly operated in relatively narrow spaces indoors.
