LC212B Single Drum Vibratory Roller

LC212B Single Drum Vibratory Roller. 12-ton mechanical-drive single-drum vibratory roller for large foundation compaction.

LC212B Single Drum Vibratory Roller

The LT212B is a 12,000 kg mechanical-travel-drive single-drum vibratory roller designed to compact non-cohesive and slightly cohesive materials, including sandy soil, gravel, crushed stone and rock fill.

With a static linear load of 280 N/cm, double vibration amplitude and 260/160 kN centrifugal force, it is intended for large foundation work on highways, mines, dams, airports, harbors, railways and industrial sites.

Applications

  • Highway foundations
  • Mine and industrial sites
  • Dam and airport foundations
  • Harbor and railway construction
  • Sandy soil, gravel and rock fill

Mechanical travel drive

Mechanical travel drive is combined with double-amplitude hydraulic vibration and hydraulic steering.

Dual braking system

Separate hand-brake and foot-pedal brake devices are fitted for machine control and safety.

Damped operator cab

The cab is mounted on rubber damping elements to reduce transmitted vibration.

Hydraulic vibration system

The hydraulic vibration arrangement is designed for reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
