Wheeled Excavator for Sale

Compare 7 LICH wheeled excavator models with 0.21–1.1 m³ buckets, 42–153 kW engines and digging depths from 3,571 to 6,052 mm.

A wheeled excavator drives on rubber tyres instead of tracks. It moves between work areas on its own wheels, works on asphalt and concrete without mats, and sets up in minutes, so it is the usual machine for road repair, utility trenching and city jobs that change location during the day.

Our 7 wheeled excavator models run from the LC9065 with a 0.21 m³ bucket to the LC9215 with a 1.1 m³ bucket. The table lists bucket size, power, engine, digging depth and reach, tyres and axle base for every model.

Three wheeled excavator size groups

  • LC9065, LC9075, LC9080: 0.21–0.3 m³ buckets, 42.4–48 kW and 3,571–3,765 mm digging depth on 7.00–15 or 8.25–16 tyres. For narrow streets, landscaping and service trenches.
  • LC9120, LC9150: 0.4–0.6 m³ buckets, 74–110 kW and 4,414–5,180 mm digging depth on 9.00–20 tyres. General municipal and road work.
  • LC9180, LC9215: 0.8–1.1 m³ buckets, 110–153 kW and up to 6,052 mm digging depth on 10.00–20 tyres. Deeper trenches, truck loading and site preparation.

Wheels or tracks?

Tracks spread the load and grip on mud, slopes and broken rock, so a crawler machine suits heavy digging on one site. A wheeled excavator is the better choice when it drives along roads, works on finished surfaces or moves between several jobs a day. Our wheeled vs tracked guide compares both.

For log and scrap yards, the LC9105 wheel material handler puts a wood grapple on the same tyred carrier as a wheeled excavator, a 7,935 mm grab radius and 800 kg loading capacity.

Wheeled excavator checklist

  • Bucket size, matched to the trucks you load.
  • Digging depth for the deepest trench on the job.
  • Tyre size and axle base for the roads and yards the wheeled excavator drives on.
  • Engine model, matched to the service network in your country; the table lists the engine for each model.
  • Front dozer blade: each product page lists its maximum lift and cutting depth.
